People choose to live on and visit Marco Island not only for our beautiful beaches and weather, but because it is one of the safest communities in America which is a direct result of our Police Force
Despite this, the City Council is considering eliminating the Marco Island Police Department and replacing it with county law enforcement in an effort to reduce costs
